2 Timothy 3:16--17; 2 Peter 1:16
01. Creation (Genesis 1-2)
• Man was created, not evolved, and Jesus confirms this in Matthew 19:4 and Mark 10:6.

02. One Law (Genesis 2:15--17)
• “dying you will die".

03. Man Sinned (Genesis 3:1-7)
• The woman fell through her pride while Adam deliberately sinned (1 Timothy 2:14).

04. Curse and Cast Out of the Garden (Genesis 3:14-24)
05. Promised Seed (Genesis 3:15)
• Who is the Promised Seed that will destroy the serpent?

06. Birth and Murder (Genesis 4:1-24)

In Genesis 4:7, sin** is חַטָּאָה (ṭṭâʾâh), translated as sin offering in Exodus 29:14. This Hebrew noun is written in the feminine form. The“a sin offering lieth at the door", not sin lieth at the door.

• Theologically it presents a wonderful picture of Jesus, the coming Lamb of God (John 1:29).
God is instructing Cain that when he sins, it is his choice whether he will take advantage of the offering that is right there ready for him.

• A beautiful foreshadowing of Jesus saying that there is help for you if you sin. Foreshadows why Cain's sacrifice was not accepted in Heb 11:4. In 2 Cor 5:21, Paul writes that Jesus became sin for us.

***07. Seth (Genesis 4:25-26**)*
• After the death of Cain, the Promised Seed of Genesis 3:15 must come from Seth. “seed", the Messiah.

***08. Nephilim (Genesis 6:1-4**)*
• Satan tries to strike a fatal blow by sending some of his demons into the human race.

In Gen 6:2 they are called the sons of God, a description that is used only for angels in the Hebrew Scriptures (cf. Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:7; Ps 29:1; 89:6; Dan 3:25). Because of this sin, these fallen angels are reserved unto judgment (2 P 2:4) and in prison (1P 3:19; cf. 2P 2:5; Jude 6).

**09. Noah and the Flood *(Genesis 6:5-8:12**)*
perfect in Genesis 6:9 is תָּמִים (āmīm) meaning without blemish. This word is used to portray physical perfection, and not moral. Thus, it is used of the sacrificial purity of animals (without blemish in Ex 12:5; 29:1; Lev 1:3; 1:10; 3:1; 3:6; 4:3; 4:23; 4:28; 4:32; 5:15; 5:18; 6:6; 9:2-3; 14:10; 22:19; 23:12; 23:18; Num 6:14; 28:19; 28:31; 29:2; 29:8; 29:13; 29:20; 29:23; 29:29; 29:32; 29:36; Ezekiel 43:22-23; 43:25; 45:18; 45:23; 46:4; 46:6; 46:13).

• Noah is the only one not tainted with Nephilim blood, which is why there was a Flood, to preserve humanity from the Nephilim blood.

***10. Be Fruitful, and Multiply Upon the Earth (Genesis 8:13-9:23**)*
• Genesis 8:17 (Genesis 1:28). multiplyto be numerous, to become abundant.

**11. Shem *(Genesis 9:24-29**)*
• Noah then speaks prophetically of his son Shem in Genesis 9:26. Looking back we can now see that Noah is telling us that the Promised Seed (Genesis 3:15) is not going to come from the line of Ham, or the line of Japheth, but that he is going to come from the line of Shem.

***12. Table of Nations (Genesis 10:1-32**)*

***13. Nimrod and the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11:1-27**)*
• Nimrod wanted to unite everyone and build the Tower of Babel, a monument to honor themselves (Genesis 11:4), not God.

**14. Abraham (Genesis 11:27-15:21**)
• Abraham is 1st known as Abram, married to Sarai and childless. The Abrahamic Covenant 1st mentioned in Gen 12:1--4, confirmed in Gen 13:14--17; 15:1--7; 17:1--8). Because of the intervention of God, Abraham, acting out fear instead of faith, would' allowed Sarai to become another man's wife 2x (Pharaoh-Gen 12:10-20; Abimelech-Gen 20:1-18), thus corrupting God's plan for the Promised Seed (Gen 3:15) to come from Abraham and Sarah.

***15. Ishmael and Isaac (Genesis 16:1-25:18**)*
• God says that Ishmael is not the promised child, for the Promised Seed (Genesis 3:15) must come through Sarah (Genesis 17:15-19), which is Isaac (Genesis 21:1-8).

*******16. Jacob and Esau (Genesis 25:19-28:22**) *
• God says that the older will serve the younger, and Jacob is the younger (Genesis 25:23) Jacob's name is eventually changed to Israel (Genesis 32:28; Genesis 35:10).

***17. The Twelve Sons of Israel (Genesis 29:1-48:22**)*
• When you read the Genesis account, it highlights the life of Joseph, and it would naturally seem that from him comes the Promised Seed (Genesis 3:15), the Messiah.

***18. Tribe of Judah (Genesis 49:1-33**)*
• Israel in fact tells us who we should be looking at for the Promised Seed (Genesis 3:15) while on his deathbed, the Messiah is going to be a lion from the tribe of Judah (Genesis 49:9-12).

• No longer are we concerned with the children of the Ephraimites, or the Levites, or of the tribe of Asher. We are now watching those born of the tribe of Judah.

19. Slavery, Redemption, Wandering (Exodus-Deuteronomy)
20. Joshua (Book of Joshua )
21. The Time of the Judges (Judges-1 Samuel 7)
22. The Demand for a King (1 Samuel 8)
23. Saul (1 Samuel 9-10)
24. David (2 Samuel)
• The Promised Seed (Gen 3:15) is narrowed down from Seth (Gen 4:25-26)-Noah (Gen 6:5-8:12)-Shem (Gen 9:24-29)-Abraham (Gen 11:27-15:21)-Isaac (Gen 16:1-25:18)-Jacob (Gen 25:19-28:22)-Judah (Gen 49:9-12)-and through the line of David (2 Samuel).

***25. Solomon and Kingdom Split (1 Kings**)*
***26. 2 Kingdoms and Prophets (1 Kings-2 Chronicles**)*
• Split off from the line of David and instead they chose a military leader (Jeroboam) who had had some military victories (1 Kings 12:1-33).

***27. Exile (Psalm 137; Ezekiel; Daniel**)*
*28. Cyrus Sends Them Home (2 Chronicles 36:22-23; Ezra 1-2**)*
• It was Daniel, while in exile who prophesied in Daniel 9:24-27 that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem, 483 years later the Messiah will be cut off, thus giving us a timeline of when the Messiah must be revealed!

***29. 400 years of Silence (Between the Testaments**)*
• After the return from exile, we have the Persians in control, after that the Greeks took over, and after them the Romans took over, and now everyone in the known world is speaking Greek.

***30. Gospels (Matthew-John**)*
• Gal 4:4--5. The 4 Gospels present the one who was born of a virgin (Mt 1:18-25; cf. Is 7:14), presenting Jesus to the nation of Israel as the Promised Seed (Gen 3:15), the one who will crush the head of Satan, yet *He came unto his own, and his own received him not.* (John 1:11) They received him not because as Daniel prophesied in Dan 9:24-27, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem, 483 years later the Messiah will be cut off, meaning that he will die!

• The Gospels close with the Messiah being cut off (Mt** 27:33-38; Mk 15:22-28; Lk 23:26-49; Jn 19:17-19**), yet he rose from the dead 3 days later (Mt** 28:1-6; Mk 16:1-8; Lk 24:1-12; Jn 20:1-17**), and 40 days later he ascends into heaven (**Mk 16:19-20; Lk 24:49-53; Acts 1:9-11**).

***31. The Acts of the Apostles (Book of Acts**)*
• The transfer from the Dispensation of the Law to the Dispensation of Grace.

***32. The Age of Grace (Mid Acts-Present Day**)*
• The church is not prophesied (**Romans 16:25; Ephesians 3:5-9**), it's not Jew, it's not Gentile, it's people who believe in Jesus by faith for their salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9).
• This church is given instructions that are independent from the law of Moses. The church is under the leadership of the Holy Ghost and the Scriptures (2 Timothy 3:16--17). The church is led by the Scriptures and the Holy Ghost, not the 613 commands of the law. The church is not a replacement of the nation of Israel. For if the church was a replacement of the nation of Israel, then it means that God would not be faithful to the promise he made with Abraham (Genesis 12:2--3). God is not done with Israel, but right now he is doing his work with the church, and some day yet, he will deal with Israel again to fulfill the rest of the prophecies.

• Now in this age of grace, the church age, God is dealing with individuals, and not nations.

*33. The Rapture** (1 Thessalonians 4:17**)*
• God has revealed to us in the church through Paul in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 that he's got a different plan then allowing the church to dissolve and die out, but instead just take those alive in Jesus and remove us from the earth.

*34. The Prophetic End Times (Book of Revelation**)*
• After the rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:17), the world will be brought into a time of chaos (Rev 2-18). They are going to look for a leader, one who can unite the world in a sense of peace and prosperity (**Rev 11:7; 13:1-18**;** 14:9-11; 15:2**), ushering in the final event of the times of the Gentiles (Luke 21:24) that began in 586BC when Nebuchadnezzar came in and took the took the throne away from the son of David. At this time is when the Antichrist will ascend to power, instituting the one world government, one world religion and the complete cashless society.

• The tribulation will occur, where men will unsuccessfully try to kill themselves (Rev 9:4-6).

• At the end of the tribulation, the nations of the world will be gathered against Israel in the Valley of Megiddo, Armageddon (Rev 19:17-20). At this time, when all hope seems lost, that the son of David, the Promised Seed (Gen 3:15) comes, and He comes with a sash across His chest that says what King of kings and Lord of lords, wiping out the nations of the earth (Rev 19:11-21), ending the times of the Gentiles (Lk 21:24), and being the rightful King of kings!

• At this time, the beast and the false prophet are cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 19:20).

• All of this will be in fulfillment of the prophetic end times recorded in Hebrew Scriptures.

• Gabriel prophesied this to Mary regarding her future son in Luke 1:32-33.

• At this time, Satan will be bound in an abyss with a chain for 1,000 years, and thus keeping Satan from deceiving the nations, much like what he is doing today. This 1,000-year time than brings the earth into a time of peace and prosperity, a renewal of the Garden of Eden (Revelation 20:1-3), with Jesus' reigning and ruling in the Kingdom of God.

• At the end of this 1,000-year time, Satan is loosed from the abyss for a short time. So now Satan is free to deceive the nations. During this time, even after 1,000 years of peace, harmony and prosperity, people will still want change. This just shows that even an opportunity to live in perfect, ideal conditions, man, just like in the beginning will rebel against God and follow Satan (Revelation 20:7-10).

• Satan, his demons, and those who rebel after the 1,000-year time are all then cast in the lake of fire, joining the beast and the false prophet, where they will be in torment for ever and ever. (Revelation 20:10-15).

***35. Eternity: The New Heaven, The New Earth, The New Jerusalem (Revelation 21-22**)*
• Those who are faithful and true, those who have been bought by the blood of Jesus Christ in the church age and then those who are faithful and true not in the church age are going to enter into a new heaven and a new earth and a new Jerusalem that has come down from God and in that place there's no more mourning, no more crying, no more pain, the old order of things has passed away.

• The final words of the Scriptures are found in Revelation 22:20--21.
